Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Review RFQs, tender documents, drawings, and technical specifications.

  2. Prepare detailed cost estimates for mechanical works.

  3. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations.

  4. Analyze project scope, manpower, material, and equipment requirements.

  5. Support bid preparation, commercial evaluation, and tender submission.

  6. Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits when required.

  7. Work closely with project, procurement, and engineering departments.

  8. Maintain updated cost databases and estimation records.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

  2. 8+ years of experience in estimation/tendering of mechanical projects.

  3. Experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, Industrial, or Construction projects is preferred.

  4. Strong understanding of project costing and tendering procedures.

  5. Proficient in MS Office and estimation tools/software.

  6. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

  7. Candidates available for immediate joining are highly preferred.
