Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Oversee the design, testing, and deployment of financial system solutions, including integrations with other applications and systems.
- Manage and resolve complex financial system issues, providing timely and effective solutions to users and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, analyze processes, and identify opportunities for system optimization.
Desired Candidate Profile
Own end-to-end functional accountability for Oracle Fusion Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, Intercompany, and Financial Reporting
10+ years Oracle ERP experience and 5+ years Oracle Fusion Financials
Minimum 2years of end-to-end Fusion implementations.
Lead SIT, UAT, cutover planning, and go-live readiness including data validation and reconciliation.
Act as functional escalation points for production issues and complex defects.
Promotes collaboration, respect, and transparency across business, Technology, and partner teams
