Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential leads through various online and offline channels, including social media, industry events, and networking platforms.
  • Initiate outbound communication via phone calls, emails and social media to engage prospective clients.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with target customer profiles and business objectives.
  • Maintain and update the lead database with accurate and timely information to support pipeline management.
  • Track and report on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and key performance metrics.
  • Assist in the creation of compelling outreach materials and presentations tailored to prospective clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to IT solutions.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve lead generation processes and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or a related sales role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and lead management tools.

Demonstrated ability to conduct research and identify new business opportunities.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in an office environment.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Familiarity with IT solutions such as networking, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, or related technologies.

Strong analytical skills to assess lead quality and conversion potential.

Team player with a collaborative mindset and willingness to support broader sales initiatives.
