Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Fidu Properties, are looking for a Lead Generation Executive.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, generating interest in our services, and supporting the sales team.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients.
- Generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and cold calling.
- Qualify leads and assess their needs.
- Maintain a database of leads and track their progress.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal, with a focus on Russian language skills (spoken and written - as a native or fluent speaker).
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience in lead generation is a plus.
