Lead Generation Executive Fidu Properties

Fidu Properties, are looking for a Lead Generation Executive.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, generating interest in our services, and supporting the sales team.

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients.
• Generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and cold calling.
• Qualify leads and assess their needs.
• Maintain a database of leads and track their progress.
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into clients.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal, with a focus on Russian language skills (spoken and written - as a native or fluent speaker).
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience in lead generation is a plus.
