Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and decision-makers across target industries.
- Use digital platforms (LinkedIn, email, CRM, and other tools) to generate and qualify new leads.
- Build and maintain a consistent lead pipeline that aligns with Reyada s sales objectives.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop outreach campaigns and prospecting strategies.
- Track, manage, and update leads in the CRM system (Bitrix24).
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and ensure smooth handover to Sales for follow-up.
- Develop lead scoring models to prioritize high-value prospects.
- Analyze lead conversion metrics and continuously optimize the lead generation process.
- Support the creation of targeted prospect lists for webinars, campaigns, and events.
- Contribute to market research and competitor analysis to enhance outreach effectiveness.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT, SaaS, or digital transformation solutions.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and CRM systems (Bitrix24 experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in LinkedIn targeting, email outreach tools, and market research techniques.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Data-driven mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
