Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and decision-makers across target industries.
  • Use digital platforms (LinkedIn, email, CRM, and other tools) to generate and qualify new leads.
  • Build and maintain a consistent lead pipeline that aligns with Reyada s sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop outreach campaigns and prospecting strategies.
  • Track, manage, and update leads in the CRM system (Bitrix24).
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and ensure smooth handover to Sales for follow-up.
  • Develop lead scoring models to prioritize high-value prospects.
  • Analyze lead conversion metrics and continuously optimize the lead generation process.
  • Support the creation of targeted prospect lists for webinars, campaigns, and events.
  • Contribute to market research and competitor analysis to enhance outreach effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT, SaaS, or digital transformation solutions.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and CRM systems (Bitrix24 experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn targeting, email outreach tools, and market research techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Data-driven mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
