Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who will be responsible for identifying qualifying and nurturing potential customers to build a strong sales pipeline. The role focuses on researching target markets generating high-quality leads through multiple channels and transferring qualified leads to the sales team to support revenue growth.
- Research and identify potential clients through several lead sources channels
- Generate leads through outbound activities such as email campaigns LinkedIn outreach cold calling and partnerships
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (industry size needs budget decision-makers)
- Schedule meetings or hand over qualified leads to the sales team
- Maintain and update lead information accurately in the system
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on target profiles and campaigns
- Track and report on lead generation KPIs
- Follow up on inbound inquiries and marketing-generated leads
- Continuously improve outreach messages scripts and lead qualification methods
- Stay updated on market trends competitors and customer pain points
