Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Generate high-quality B2B leads from IT companies, software development firms, tech startups, digital marketing agencies, and creative agencies.
Conduct manual prospect research using platforms like LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clutch, GoodFirms, Behance, Dribbble, company websites, directories, and social channels.

Identify and target key decision-makers such as CEOs, CTOs, Founders, Marketing Heads, IT Managers, and Creative Directors.
Execute outbound lead generation activities including email marketing, targeted email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and personalized messaging.
Create customized email templates, outreach messages, and nurture workflows for potential clients.
Perform regular follow-ups, schedule appointments, and maintain communication with prospects.
Understand the company’s services, including Website & App Development, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Branding, Creative Services, and Digital Marketing Solutions.
Maintain and update lead data in Excel/CRM with accuracy and consistency.
Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets as assigned.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 6 months to 2 years in B2B lead generation, business development, or sales outreach within the IT, Tech, Digital Marketing, or Creative Services industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft professional emails and outreach messages.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of email marketing tools and CRM systems. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and online research platforms like Clutch, GoodFirms, Behance, and Dribbble.
Lead Generation Skills: Proven ability to identify relevant clients from IT, digital marketing, and tech-based agencies.
Strong research skills for discovering potential clients and decision-makers. Ability to conduct manual prospecting and generate high-quality B2B leads.
Target-Oriented: Capable of meeting weekly/monthly lead targets and managing time effectively.
Analytical & Organized: Ability to maintain accurate lead databases in Excel/CRM and track outreach progress.
Adaptable & Self-Motivated: Highly proactive, self-driven, and open to learning new tools and strategies.
Professional Attitude: Strong work ethic, discipline, and ability to work in a fast-paced digital ecosystem.
