Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Generate high-quality B2B leads from IT companies, software development firms, tech startups, digital marketing agencies, and creative agencies.

  • Conduct manual prospect research using platforms like LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clutch, GoodFirms, Behance, Dribbble, company websites, directories, and social channels.

  • Identify and target key decision-makers such as CEOs, CTOs, Founders, Marketing Heads, IT Managers, and Creative Directors.

  • Execute outbound lead generation activities including email marketing, targeted email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and personalized messaging.

  • Create customized email templates, outreach messages, and nurture workflows for potential clients.

  • Perform regular follow-ups, schedule appointments, and maintain communication with prospects.

  • Understand the company’s services, including Website & App Development, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Branding, Creative Services, and Digital Marketing Solutions.

  • Maintain and update lead data in Excel/CRM with accuracy and consistency.

  • Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets as assigned.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 6 months to 2 years in B2B lead generation, business development, or sales outreach within the IT, Tech, Digital Marketing, or Creative Services industry.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft professional emails and outreach messages.

  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of email marketing tools and CRM systems. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and online research platforms like Clutch, GoodFirms, Behance, and Dribbble.

  • Lead Generation Skills: Proven ability to identify relevant clients from IT, digital marketing, and tech-based agencies.

    Strong research skills for discovering potential clients and decision-makers. Ability to conduct manual prospecting and generate high-quality B2B leads.

  • Target-Oriented: Capable of meeting weekly/monthly lead targets and managing time effectively.

  • Analytical & Organized: Ability to maintain accurate lead databases in Excel/CRM and track outreach progress.

  • Adaptable & Self-Motivated: Highly proactive, self-driven, and open to learning new tools and strategies.

  • Professional Attitude: Strong work ethic, discipline, and ability to work in a fast-paced digital ecosystem.
