Job Description

Petronex operates in the energy and petroleum sector, focusing on oil and gas trading, lubricants, petrochemicals, and industrial solutions, with activities across regional and emerging markets.

What You ll Do

Identify and generate new business leads within the lubricants, base oil, solvent and bitumen markets.
Conduct market mapping, customer research, and competitor analysis.
Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of potential clients.
Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, calls and industry platforms.
Qualify leads and coordinate with the sales team for further engagement.
Maintain accurate lead records and regularly update CRM systems.

What We re Looking For


Proven experience in B2B lead generation, ideally in oil & gas, lubricants, petrochemicals, or related sectors.
Strong understanding of product markets such as lubricants, base oil, solvent, and bitumen.
Excellent communication and research skills.
Proactive, organized and target-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Tools & Platforms Experience (Preferred)
CRM Systems: HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce (or similar)
Lead Generation Tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, ZoomInfo
Market Research Tools: Google Trends, Statista, industry databases
Data & Reporting: Excel/Google Sheets, dashboard tools
