Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through multiple channels (LinkedIn, databases, online platforms, and outreach).
- Collect, verify, and maintain decision-maker contact details.
- Update and manage lead information accurately on CRM systems.
- Coordinate with commercial and sales teams to hand over qualified leads.
- Track, analyze, and report on lead generation activities and performance.
- Support campaign-based lead generation initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1 2 years of experience in lead generation, sales support, or business development.
- Good to very good English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong research, data collection, and verification skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
