Job Summary

Leading the Hygiene Solutions Installation team to gain best customer satisfaction. Follow up on customers complaints and suggest solutions. Check the calibration as per the assessment sheet and maintain NAPCO standards in market visits.

Job Description

• Distribute the daily tasks that include installation and maintenance visits.
• Train and coach on premise technicians and newcomers on dosing units, fixing, maintaining etc... (According to NAPCO Standard).
• Visit the new customers after any installation to ensure proper installation and accordingly reports the technician performance evaluation.
• Assist market Developer with customer complaints vs. product quality or usage and send a report describing situation.
• Assist the market developer in product trials with daily visits and product evaluation.
• Prepare technicians incentives and discuss with market developer for approval.
• Report daily and monthly to the market developer with all installation and maintenance for damaged dispensers. (Monitoring Dilution tips for dosing units is also included)
• Maintain all damaged dispenser and order all needed spare parts and accessories.
• Responsible for all needed tools for installation (drill, screwdriver, electronic tester, etc...)
• Prepare monthly report to monitor pending installation and complaints raised/solved.

Preferred candidate profile

• Technical diploma/degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial)
• 48 years of installation or maintenance experience
• Experience in manufacturing or packaging industry
• Proven team leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment
• Familiarity with safety standards and compliance
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to work on-site and handle field assignments
