Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and supervise instrumentation & automation maintenance team
Oversee maintenance of PLC, SCADA, sensors, and control systems
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance
Ensure system reliability and minimal downtime
Coordinate shutdown and breakdown activities
Ensure compliance with safety and automation standards
Maintain documentation, calibration records, and reports
Support continuous improvement and reliability programs
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma / B.Tech in Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics
Maintenance planning or supervisory training preferred
6 8 years of industrial experience in automation & instrumentation
Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, and industrial control systems
Leadership and team handling experience
