What You'll Do

As a Lead IT Architect, you will work closely with clients to understand their issues, define IT strategies, architecture solutions, win buy-in for your recommendations, and collaborate with fellow BCGers to transform client potential into performance. You will be given end-to-end responsibility for larger, highly technical and more complex modules within a project and begin to develop specialized knowledge to help you solve clients problems. You will start to take on team lead responsibilities and demonstrate intellectual leadership.

What You'll Bring

Experience:

• Minimun 10 years in data strategy, technical project management, or technology consulting with a proven track record in leading IT implementation projects.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in designing and managing scalable, high-availability cloud architectures using major cloud service providers like AWS, Azure, GCP, and Oracle Cloud.
• Skilled in the deployment and management of cloud-native services, including serverless functions, container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), and microservices architectures.
• Experience with cloud security management, including identity and access management (IAM), security groups, and compliance policies.

Interpersonal & Leadership Skills:

• A strong analytical mindset for evaluating complex IT application landscapes and optimizing development processes.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and provide technical leadership.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data architecture to guide strategic decisions and innovations.
