Roles & Responsibilities

Purpose of the job


Responsible for driving growth across Oranges Mass Segment through innovative offers, data-driven insights, and cross-functional execution. Leads proposition development, product performance, and customer value initiatives to enhance reach, engagement, and profitability.


Duties and Responsibilities


Tracking and reporting of the mass segments daily, weekly, and monthly recharge performance to ensure alignment with KPI targets

Assist in executing segment strategies and propositions to drive base engagement and product usage

Support end-to-end execution of product launches and tactical campaigns, including cross-functional coordination and follow-ups

Conduct analysis of customer behavior, trends, and product usage to identify actionable insights and growth opportunities

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth rollout of segment activities and accurate implementation

Perform post-launch monitoring, reporting, and follow-up actions to enhance ongoing performance and communication


Job specification


Education


Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.


Strong analytical and numerical skills.


Good command of Excel and PowerPoint


Strong attention to detail, with the ability to interpret and visualize data clearly.


Experience


0-2 years of experience preferably in telecom or fin tech
