Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Diagnose complex mechanical issues, utilizing advanced diagnostic equipment and critical thinking skills to find effective solutions.
- Perform and supervise the repair and maintenance of a variety of equipment, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to identify and rectify potential problems before they escalate.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies, maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities, providing accurate documentation for future reference.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree or vocational training in automotive or mechanical engineering is a plus.
- Demonstrates 5+ years of experience in a mechanic role, with a proven track record of diagnosing and repairing complex issues.
- Possesses strong technical skills, including proficiency in using diagnostic tools, reading schematics, and performing various repairs.
- Exhibits exceptional leadership and communication skills, able to effectively manage a team and convey technical information clearly.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with colleagues and understand technical documentation.
- Possesses strong personal qualities, including a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
