Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and supervise mechanical maintenance technicians

  • Perform and oversee preventive & corrective maintenance activities

  • Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and implement solutions

  • Maintain pumps, compressors, gearboxes, motors, and rotating equipment

  • Coordinate shutdown and maintenance schedules

  • Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards

  • Maintain maintenance reports and documentation

  • Support reliability and continuous improvement programs

Desired Candidate Profile

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Trade Certification (Mandatory)

5 8 years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience

Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills

Experience in manufacturing or heavy industry preferred
