Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the MEP Quantity Surveying team and manage day-to-day QS operations.
  • Handle BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and tendering support for MEP and Civil works.
  • Review and evaluate variations and claims, ensuring proper documentation and approval.
  • Manage upstream and downstream payments measurement and certification processes.
  • Coordinate with project managers, design, and commercial teams for accurate cost reporting.
  • Review subcontractor and supplier bills, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contracts.
  • Maintain updated cost control, valuation, and progress reports.
  • Ensure adherence to project budgets, timelines, and contractual terms.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience in MEP and Civil Quantity Surveying.
  • Proven leadership skills in managing QS teams.
  • Strong knowledge of contract administration, cost estimation, and payment certification.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and take-off software (Bluebeam, Planswift, etc.).
  • Familiar with FIDIC and other international contract standards.
  • Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
