Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and implement Montessori-based lessons and activities that cater to the individual needs and interests of each student. Ensure the curriculum is engaging and aligns with Montessori philosophy.

Classroom Management: Create and maintain a well-organized, clean, and inviting classroom environment. Manage classroom dynamics to promote positive behavior and ensure a respectful, inclusive atmosphere.

Individualized Instruction: Observe and assess each student's progress and developmental needs. Provide personalized guidance and support to help students achieve their learning goals and foster independence.

Student Development: Encourage and support students social, emotional, and academic growth. Facilitate their exploration and discovery while promoting self-confidence and a love of learning.

Parent Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child s progress, behavior, and any concerns. Participate in parent-teacher conferences and collaborate with parents to support student development.

Record Keeping: Document student progress, achievements, and areas needing improvement. Maintain accurate and confidential records related to student assessments and classroom activities.

Collaboration: Work closely with other Montessori teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience. Participate in team meetings, share insights, and contribute to school-wide initiatives.

Professional Development: Stay current with Montessori practices and educational best practices through ongoing professional development and training.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Education or a related field; Montessori certification is required.
- Proficiency in English, Arabic and French is required.
- Proven experience as a Montessori teacher or in a similar educational role.
- Deep understanding of the Montessori method and child development principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Passion for fostering a supportive and enriching learning environment.
