Job Description:

• Ability to verify that switches and routers as well as their configured network services and protocols operate as intended within a given network specification.
• Troubleshoot network problems effectively in a network operations environment.
• Monitor performance parameters that may affect the networks health (Interference, Noise, Distortion, site uptime/downtime etc).
• Maintain a broad knowledge of all products, services, and NOC procedures.
• Define, Design, Implement, Enhance, Monitor and Improve for Data Center workflows, Policies and Procedures.
• Maintain integrity and security of the Data Centers network and the systems connected to it (Racks, Networks, Servers, Power, Cooling management and control).
• Fixed Assets management and control.
• Risk and Compliance audit, investigation and control.
• Investigate, analyze, document, and report on all NOC s components and activities.
• Any other work as assigned by the Supervisor or the Delegation of Power.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering /Computer Science /Electronics & Communication)/ MCA or equivalent 8 years relevant work experience.
• Minimum two of the following Certifications: CCNA/ CCNP/PIX/ CCSA preferred.
• Experience in Data Center operation, Routing & switching, IoT and Cloud.
• Experience in NOC architecture, infrastructure, operation, development and tools such as NMS, iHeat & NetVigil.
• Experience in Project and Product Management.
