Roles & Responsibilities


Job Title: Lead Piping Engineer

Qualification:
Minimum: Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Piping Engineering (B.Sc. / B.Eng.).
Preferred: Post Graduate or additional certifications in Piping Design, Stress Analysis, or related fields.
Mandatory: Extensive EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) experience in the oil and gas industry.
Preferred: ADNOC project experience and knowledge of ADNOC standards.
Mandatory: Experience working in GCC countries (UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, etc.).


Skills & Competencies:
Expert knowledge of piping design, materials, and stress analysis techniques.
Strong proficiency in piping design software (AutoCAD, PDS, SP3D, Caesar II, etc.).
In-depth understanding of international piping codes and standards (ASME, ANSI, API, etc.).
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, especially in field operations.
Familiarity with construction, commissioning, and field inspection processes.
Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex projects under tight deadlines.
Understanding of ADNOC standards, procedures, and project execution processes.

Experience:
15+ years of experience in piping engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Mandatory: EPC experience in the oil and gas industry.
Preferred: Hands-on field experience with ADNOC projects and strong knowledge of ADNOC standards.
Proven experience in managing piping engineering teams, coordinating with multiple departments, and executing large-scale projects.
Mandatory: GCC experience (UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, etc.).
