We have Openings for Lead Planning Engineer - Kuwait(KOC)br>Qualification : BE/B tech- Mechanical br>Industry : Oil & Gas expbr> Refinery projects exp mustbr>Experience : Min 13 years Planning Manager (Constructionplanning) with EPCs in Oil and Gas industry. Minimum 9+ years with Primavera P6. Must have experience in Refinery, Petrochemical projects. br>- Must have experience of project control activities of Oil & Gas projects which has multi discipline & multi phase scope./p>

- Must be familiar with Primavera Software./p>

- Leading and organizing a team of planners, delivering and following up plans for a big portfolio of ongoing projects in various phases.br> - Responsible for long term portfolio planning combining ongoing portfolio with future prospects to analyze resource need ahead.br> - Overall responsible for weekly and monthly reporting.br> - Prepare routines for effective communication between all relevant project group participants across all internal and external interfaces.br> - Provide planning expertise for execution phases including corporate approval processesbr> - Develop and update project schedulesbr> - Review schedules and manpower plans. br> - Establish and maintain the Project Manpower Projection Plan /p>
