Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and maintain high-pressure hydraulic machines (Graco Reactor, GAMA, or PMC).

  2. Quality Control: Monitor temperatures, pressures, and "A:B" ratios in real-time to ensure a perfect mix and yield.

  3. Surface Preparation: Inspect and prepare substrates (concrete, metal, wood) including grinding, priming, and moisture testing.

  4. Technical Maintenance: Perform daily "shutdown" procedures (greasing the gun, flushing lines, pump maintenance) to prevent material build-up and equipment failure.

  5. Crew Leadership: Manage helpers and junior sprayers to ensure safety protocols (PPE/Fresh Air supply) are strictly followed on-site.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Polyurea and Spray Foam application in the UAE/GCC.

  2. Equipment Knowledge: Must be proficient with Graco Reactor 2/3, GAMA Evolution, or PMC PHX series, or similar systems

  3. Technical troubleshooting: Ability to identify and fix common issues like "Off-Ratio" spraying or gun clogs (Fusion AP/Probler guns).

  4. Language: Good communication skills in English (Urdu/Hindi/Arabic is a plus).

  5. Licensing: Valid UAE Driving License is highly preferred.
