Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and govern enterprise portfolio aligned with strategy and value

  • Develop prioritization frameworks and demand intake models

  • Lead scenario modelling for investment trade-offs and sequencing

  • Manage interdependencies and mitigate portfolio risks

  • Provide data-driven insights for executive decision-making

  • Define dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility

  • Optimize portfolio balancing value, risk, feasibility

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 12–18+ years experience in portfolio management, PMO, or transformation leadership

  • Proven large-scale portfolio management expertise

  • Strong modelling & prioritization skills

  • Exposure to regulated industries (health insurance / financial services preferred)

  • Tools: Planview, Clarity, Power BI

  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication

  • Bachelor’s degree (Project Mgmt / Engineering / Business)

  • Certifications: PfMP, PgMP, PMP
