Roles & Responsibilities
As a Lead Project Manager,
you will oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of web
development projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage
project timelines, and ensure seamless communication between stakeholders. Your
leadership will be key in delivering high-quality digital solutions.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple website development projects
from inception to completion. - Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in
alignment with business goals. - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and risk
assessments. - Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining
quality and budget control. - Collaborate with designers, developers, and
stakeholders to ensure project alignment. - Identify and address project challenges proactively to
keep workflows smooth. - Continuously optimize project management processes for
efficiency.
What
We re Looking For:
- Proven experience in project management within the website development industry.
- Strong background in Agile, Scrum, or other project
management methodologies. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder
management skills. - Ability to manage remote teams across different
time zones. - Familiarity with project management tools like
Jira, Trello, or Asana. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
