Roles & Responsibilities

As a Lead Project Manager,

you will oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of web
development projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage
project timelines, and ensure seamless communication between stakeholders. Your
leadership will be key in delivering high-quality digital solutions.

Key
Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple website development projects
    from inception to completion.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in
    alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and risk
    assessments.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining
    quality and budget control.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and
    stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
  • Identify and address project challenges proactively to
    keep workflows smooth.
  • Continuously optimize project management processes for
    efficiency.

What
We re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in project management within the website development industry.
  • Strong background in Agile, Scrum, or other project
    management methodologies
    .
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder
    management skills.
  • Ability to manage remote teams across different
    time zones.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like
    Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
