Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role We are seeking an expert leader to drive the delivery of a mega project—a mixed-use development featuring hospitality, residential, retail, a museum, and a mosque. This role requires a balance of high-level project management and rigorous technical architectural oversight. 


Key Responsibilities 

  • Project Leadership: Direct multi-disciplinary teams and manage sub-consultants across all project clusters. 

  • Delivery & Scheduling: Ensure critical milestones, deliverables, and client presentations are met on time and within budget. 

  • Technical Oversight: Lead technical reviews for complex components (intricate basement networks, site-wide circulation, MEP integration). 

  • Compliance & Quality: Oversee peer reviews, ensuring adherence to local codes, international standards, and client GFA constraints. 

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 15-20 years, leading large-scale, complex mixed-use mega-projects from concept to delivery. 

  • Education: Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering (PMP and RIBA preferred). 

  • Regional Expertise: Gulf experience in High-profile projects, experience in KSA projects and code is a strong advantage. 

  • Software Proficiency: Revit (Mandatory), Navisworks, BIM 360, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and standard scheduling tools (Primavera P6/MS Project), experience working with Different AI platforms is a plus. 

  • Skills: Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and technical detailing expertise.
