Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive quality assurance plans, ensuring alignment with project objectives and industry best practices.
  • Lead and mentor a team of QA/QC engineers, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting continuous professional development.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and audits of project deliverables, meticulously verifying adherence to specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the identification, documentation, and resolution of quality-related issues, driving corrective actions and implementing preventative measures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field) or equivalent.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as ASQ certifications (e.g., CQE, CQA) or equivalent.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in QA/QC, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Exhibits strong experience in the Oil & Gas or Construction industry.
