Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

✔ Lead E&I QA/QC activities across projects
✔ Prepare and implement Quality Plans, ITPs, and procedures
✔ Supervise QA/QC Inspectors and ensure compliance with standards
✔ Manage NCRs, perform RCA, and support quality improvements
✔ Prepare QA/QC reports, statistics, and KPIs
✔ Conduct site audits and maintain QA/QC documentation

Desired Candidate Profile

✔ Degree/Diploma in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering
✔ 8+ years of E&I QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Power
✔ Minimum 3 years as QA/QC Lead
✔ Strong knowledge of ISO standards, drawings & QA/QC processes
✔ Experience in NCR management, RCA, KPIs & audits
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office and CMMS tools
