Lead Quantity Surveyor

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelors Degree (B.E.) in Civil Engineering or Architecture mandatory.
  
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying for large-scale industrial, civil, and architectural construction projects (factories, warehouses, plants, etc.).
  
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost estimation, variation management, and contract administration.
  
• Experience in measurement and billing for both client-side (upstream) and subcontractors (downstream).
  
• Proven ability to lead and supervise a team of Quantity Surveyors and coordinate with multiple project departments.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the QS team for industrial factory construction projects.
  
• Prepare, review, and verify quantities, estimates, and BOQs based on drawings and site conditions.
  
• Manage cost control, budgeting, and project cost reporting.
  
• Evaluate variations, change orders, and claims in coordination with project management.
  
• Handle upstream and downstream payment certifications.
  
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on all commercial and contractual matters.
  
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company and project standards.
