Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise waste collection, segregation, recycling, and disposal operations.
Monitor facility cleanliness, equipment, and operational readiness.
Lead field teams and contractors to meet operational targets.
Ensure compliance with HSE policies and environmental regulations.
Conduct inspections, report incidents, and resolve operational issues.
Maintain daily operational and safety records.
Experience in waste operations or facilities management.
Knowledge of HSE and environmental compliance.
Strong operational monitoring and reporting ability.
Problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in field and shift-based environments.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related field preferred.
Possess relevant certifications in waste management, hazardous waste handling, or related fields to demonstrate expertise and commitment to industry standards.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in waste management operations or a related field, showcasing a proven track record of success in similar roles.
Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or leadership role, with a focus on team management, performance evaluation, and fostering a positive work environment.
