Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications and systems.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define software requirements and specifications.
- Mentor and guide junior software engineers to enhance their skills and ensure quality delivery.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain high code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Design and architect scalable, maintainable, and robust software solutions.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs in a timely manner.
- Drive continuous improvement in software development processes and tools.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in software development with at least 2 years in a lead or senior engineering role.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies including Agile and Scrum.
- Experience with cloud platforms and services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience mentoring and guiding engineering teams.
- Familiarity with database systems, APIs, and modern software architecture patterns.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
