Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage a team of web engineers in designing, developing, and delivering modern web applications.

2. Lead the development of high-quality web apps using Angular 13 latest version

3. Architect scalable and maintainable web solutions aligned with business and user needs.

4. Conduct code reviews and enforce high standards of development quality.

5. Provide technical mentorship and coaching to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, back-end, QA, and product management to ensure successful project delivery.

7. Manage sprint planning, task assignments, and progress tracking within Agile/Scrum methodologies.

8. Resolve technical issues and guide the team through challenges with a handson approach when necessary.

9. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code and troubleshoot and debug applications.

10. Mentor and guide junior software engineers.

11. Stay current with emerging technologies and frameworks to recommend and implement innovations.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for a lead web software engineer with 8 plus years of experience and must have knowledge in Angular13 latest version, JavaScript, jQuery, html, CSS, bootstrap. As a lead Software Engineer Web you will be responsible for leading the creation of a well designed and tested code using the best practices of web development. The ideal candidate would have extensive technical expertise and can work with a team to create, maintain, and update the company s online presence.
