Roles & Responsibilities
Define and lead the overall architecture of Odoo-based ERP solutions aligned with business needs
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Odoo developers to ensure high-quality delivery
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable system designs
- Oversee development, customization, and integration of Odoo modules
- Establish development standards, best practices, and code quality guidelines
- Review code and system designs to ensure performance, scalability, and consistency
- Drive implementation of complex workflows, business processes, and system integrations
- Ensure system performance optimization, security, and reliability
- Oversee testing, deployment, and release management processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives
- Lead technical discussions, solution planning, and architecture decision-making
- Ensure proper documentation of architecture, systems, and custom developments
