Key Responsibilities

• Deep understanding of Advanced Solutions: Historian, Alarm Management, Advanced Process Control, Operator Training Simulator, Network Security, Digitalization Solutions.
• Act as a regional ambassador for the Client in the MEA region.
• Work closely with Sales to achieve sales & marketing targets
• Adapt to evolving roles and responsibilities as required by management.
• Maintain high professional standardswell-groomed, disciplined, and passionateand ensure the team follows the same.
• Support proposal development and TQ submission in an agile manner within committed timelines.
• Participate in major MAC/system proposal task forces with integration across business units.
• Follow and enforce the latest sales process flow and responsibility matrix.
• Support DM/Sr. GM with daily decision-making and management reporting.
• Foster open communication and collaboration within the Sales team to achieve objectives.
• Manage regular updates on Sales portals.
• Continuously improve proposal operations.
• Support training needs of the Solutions team in coordination with DM/Sr. GM.
• Assist in FEED, POC, LCA proposals, and site surveys for replacement/expansion projects.
• Support techno-commercial presentations and customer discussions.
• Manage internal and external audits for Solutions.
• Support company registrations for standalone and new solutions to drive growth.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 810 years of relevant experience in an OT/Industrial Automation environment.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
