Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the spa therapy team, ensuring professional and high-quality service delivery.
Perform advanced spa treatments and wellness therapies for guests.
Mentor and train junior spa therapists to enhance skills and maintain service standards.
Monitor guest satisfaction and address feedback promptly and professionally.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in treatment areas.
Assist in scheduling, inventory management, and coordination of spa operations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other wellness and hotel departments to enhance the overall guest experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma or Certificate in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a Lead Spa Therapist or in a similar role within luxury hotels or resorts in the GCC.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Advanced knowledge of spa treatments, wellness techniques, and products.
Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain professional and calm under pressure.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering luxury-level service.
