Lead - Space Planning

Drive end-to-end space planning processes from concept through implementation including revisions and iterative layout adjustments.

Partner with HR, IT, and Facilities to align workplace design with workforce planning, technology deployment, and employee experience objectives.

Establish and maintain CAD and IWMS standards for accurate space data management and reporting.

Work with external architects, designers, and consultants to ensure consistency with KDEA s workplace design principles and brand identity.

Ensure all designs comply with building codes, accessibility standards, and sustainability goals.

Present proposals, floor plans, and utilization analyses to senior stakeholders for review and approval.

Act as the subject matter expert in workplace design trends, innovative space utilization strategies, and hybrid work optimization.

Strong data analytics and visualization skills; ability to interpret and communicate space metrics effectively using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Proven ability to develop long-term space strategies that balance business growth, cost efficiency, and employee productivity.

Strong understanding of workplace design principles, ergonomics, and the relationship between space and human performance.
