Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the Maintenance team, setting clear objectives, defining responsibilities, and monitoring performance
- Ensure implementation of preventive, predictive and unplanned maintenance for production equipment, facility equipment and tools
- Maintain utilities (cooling, heating, electricity, water, compressed air, steam, lighting), firefighting equipment and security camera systems, either directly or through external suppliers
Ensure adherence to standards, governance and process execution, including implementation of LTPM
Monitor process performance and identify opportunities for improvement and enhanced service delivery
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics).
- Experience: +2 years of experience in a maintenance leadership or senior technical role, Strong background in the Automotive industry or Wiring Systems is highly preferred.
- Language: Full Professional English Proficiency; must be able to document technical processes and communicate effectively with management.
- Core Skills:
- Technical Management: Proven ability to lead maintenance technicians and coordinate complex task lists.
- Facility Infrastructure: Expertise in maintaining industrial utilities (HVAC, compressed air, and electrical systems).
- LTPM & Lean Tools: Practical experience in implementing Lean Total Productive Maintenance to reduce downtime.
- Vendor Coordination: Skilled in managing external service providers and technical contractors.
