Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Technical Solution Design
Translate domain objectives and business problems into clear technical architectures and solution designs
Work with platform, architecture, OT, and IT teams to ensure solutions are deployable
Resolve technical and integration issues impacting initiative outcomes
Ensure designs are scalable, integrated, and aligned with enterprise standards
  • Guide Delivery Teams
Guide delivery teams including data scientists, engineers, and digital specialists to ensure correct implementation of the solution design
Provide technical direction, design clarification, and quality oversight throughout delivery
Ensure implementation meets agreed functional, performance, and quality expectations
  • Support Domain and TechOps Initiatives
Work with Domain Integrators and Business Partners to shape initiative scope, success measures, and value hypotheses
Ensure initiatives remain aligned with agreed KPIs, value outcomes, and priorities
Surface technical trade-offs, risks, and dependencies early
