Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Lead Strategy Consultant with a strong background in digital strategy and enterprise transformation.

Skills

  • 15+ years of consulting experience in strategy or digital transformation.
  • Experience working with large enterprise clients and complex business environments.
  • Ability to define and drive business and digital strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Experience in leading enterprise-level transformation initiatives and innovation programs.
  • Exposure to AI, data analytics, digital platforms, and automation to drive innovation.
  • Strong ability to work with C-level executives and senior leadership to drive strategic decisions.
  • Experience in creating digital roadmaps, business cases, and transformation plans.
  • Ability to manage program governance, KPIs, and ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for an experienced Lead Strategy Consultant with a strong background in digital strategy and enterprise transformation. The candidate should preferably have experience working with Big 4 consulting firms and should be able to advise senior leadership on digital innovation, strategy development, and transformation initiatives.
