Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy & Business Strategy: Ability to define and drive business and digital strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Digital Transformation: Experience in leading enterprise-level transformation initiatives and innovation programs.
- Emerging Technologies: Exposure to AI, data analytics, digital platforms, and automation to drive innovation.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to work with C-level executives and senior leadership to drive strategic decisions.
- Strategy Roadmaps: Experience in creating digital roadmaps, business cases, and transformation plans.
- Governance & Delivery: Ability to manage program governance, KPIs, and ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Strong experience working onsite with clients in complex enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and advise senior executives and decision-makers.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for an experienced strong>Lead Strategy Consultant/strong> with a strong background in strong>digital strategy and enterprise transformation/strong>. The candidate should preferably have experience working with strong>Big 4 consulting firms/strong> and should be able to advise senior leadership on strong>digital innovation, strategy development, and transformation initiatives/strong>.
- strong>15+ years of consulting experience/strong> in strategy or digital transformation.
- Experience working with strong>large enterprise clients and complex business environments/strong>.
- Prior experience with strong>Big 4 consulting firms /strong> is highly preferred.
