Lead Structural Engineer

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Structural Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in structural engineering, with a strong background in designing and managing complex projects across various sectors.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee structural engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop innovative and cost-effective structural solutions that meet project objectives.

- Provide technical expertise and guidance on structural analysis, design calculations, and construction methods.

- Conduct site inspections and assessments to evaluate structural integrity and identify potential risks or deficiencies.

- Mentor junior engineers and provide leadership to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor s or master s degree in civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.

- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in structural engineering, with a focus on building and infrastructure projects.

- Proficiency in structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro, Tekla, Revit, AutoCAD.

- Strong knowledge of international building codes, standards, and practices.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
