Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Lean Improvement Project Coordination

  • Lead and coordinate lean initiatives focused on efficiency improvement, workforce optimization, and productivity enhancement.
  • Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor execution progress.
  • Track performance metrics and ensure delivery of targeted outcomes.

2. Cross-Functional & Cross-Factory Coordination

  • Establish and maintain structured communication with overseas wholly owned and joint-venture factories.
  • Resolve cross-factory operational challenges during lean implementation.
  • Liaise with the group s lean management department to ensure accurate monthly and annual reporting, data alignment, and performance analysis.

3. Lean Capability Building

  • Support training programs and workshops on lean methodologies for overseas manufacturing teams.
  • Enhance awareness, knowledge, and practical application of lean tools.
  • Promote a continuous improvement culture across global operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Fluency in both English
  • Strong familiarity with MES and other manufacturing execution and business systems.
  • Proven ability in system optimization and data-driven improvement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
