Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Facilitating continuous improvement workshops and Kaizen events.
Mapping current and future state value streams.
Implementing 5S methodology for workplace organization and safety.
Identify and analyze operational processes that can be improved
Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and improve efficiency
Develop and implement process improvement projects, ensuring all the team is engaged and tasks are completed on time
Track and report on the progress of implemented projects and measure their success
Provide Lean Six Sigma training and mentorship to other staff members
Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for cross-functional process improvements

Desired Candidate Profile

Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; a Master's is a plus.
Holds a Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) demonstrating a solid understanding of Lean principles.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or operations environment, with a proven track record of implementing Lean initiatives.
Demonstrates experience in the automotive industry, as it is a plus point.
Requires proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication and collaboration.
Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
