Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Implements, evaluates and adjusts solutions to identified Learning and Development needs of individuals across the organization. Administer and execute all training initiatives within L&D scope, ensuring compliance for all employee and leadership training. Acts as a resource for and takes ownership of internal and external programs and materials. Prepares, plans, schedules and coordinates all aspects of classroom/blended/virtual facilitation/training. Delivers trainings in a blended learning environment, on targeted topics such as leadership skills, new hire orientation (if needed) and functional training using adult learning theory and accelerated learning techniques. Collaborates with the implementation of key programs to support organizational development. Supports facilitation required for the Global L&D programs and implementations

Key Accountabilities:

  • Dynamic facilitation of classroom-based and blended learning trainings through the application of a variety of instructional techniques and to multiple audiences.
  • Design and publishes a learning calendar based on client needs and key programs monthly
  • Promote the corporate development platform for high utilization rates
  • Supporting a variety of training initiatives as required by the global L&D team and assist in piloting new programs
  • Reporting of professional development learning hours per program, survey results and tracking attendance
  • Managing all programs in the Learning Management System (course creation, attendance tracking, and completion status) including but not limited to leadership training and/or client-specific solutions
  • Collaborating with different HR area team members to provide training facilitation as needed
  • Working closely with clients, account managers, and other consultants to communicate learning solutions and plans
  • Partner with key identified individuals in the organization (ex. trainers, managers) who may support learning tactics in a facilitation role
  • Facilitation required in multiple site locations

Requirements:

  • Proficient classroom facilitation skills with a preferred minimum of two years experience in leadership development, adult learning, blended learning, and/or organizational development.
  • Adept at handling multiple competing priorities and duties in a fast-paced, result-driven, and changing environment with minimal daily oversight.
  • Ability to effectively interact, negotiate and relate to all levels of organizational staff.
  • English (at least 85% proficiency or B2 CEFR) language.
  • Proficient with Microsoft suite of products. LMS experience a plus.
  • Design and development skills and expertise are a plus (ex. Captivate, Articulate)
  • Previous experience in a business services or outsourcing industry is a plus
