Freelance Learning & Development (L&D) Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Consultant to support the

design and delivery of learning initiatives that enhance employee capabilities and

organizational performance. The consultant will work closely with management and HR

teams to identify training needs, develop tailored learning solutions, and facilitate engaging

development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training needs assessments and identify skill gaps.

• Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and learning materials.

• Develop learning strategies and recommend development initiatives aligned with

business objectives.

• Facilitate training sessions and support leadership and employee development

programs.

• Evaluate learning effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous

improvement.

• Develop and support career pathing and progression frameworks aligned with

learning and development initatives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Learning & Development, Training, Human Resources, or

Organizational Development.

• Strong facilitation, presentation, and instructional design skills.

• Experience in designing and delivering professional development programs.

• Ability to work independently and manage project-based assignments effectively.

Engagement Type: Freelance/Consultancy basis, with flexible working arrangements and

project-based deliverables.
