Roles & Responsibilities

The Learning & Development Specialist plays a critical role in enhancing clinical and non-clinical employee performance across the organization. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that ensure staff are fully equipped with the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to deliver high-quality patient care and comply with healthcare regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Education, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.

  • Certification in Training, L&D, or Education (preferred).
  • Previous experience in the healthcare sector is highly desirable.
  • Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning tools.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical workflows, patient care standards, and healthcare compliance.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in measuring learning impact.
