Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct training needs assessments through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and consultations with managers and employees.
  • Design and develop training programs, including instructional materials, e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with managers to ensure training materials are accurate, relevant, and aligned with company goals.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Support the on boarding process by providing training for new hires and ensuring they are well-integrated into the company culture.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, booking venues, and managing training materials.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Suitable bachelor s degree.
  • At least 2 - 5 year of experience in a training and development role.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing successful training programs.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and measure training effectiveness.
