What you'll do: Responsibilities

Facilitate training in virtual and face-to-face classrooms

Design face-to-face and paperless training programs

Create a pedagogical process in line with the defined objectives of the training

Analyze the needs of the trainees and adapt the pedagogy of the training accordingly

Implement corrective and preventive actions through trainee evaluations

Carry out feedback following the completion of the sessions with the managers, the Training BU and other internal departments

Collect a customer's needs and points of vigilance to adapt Intra training during customer start-ups.

Experiences you'll need:

Higher Education (bac + 3/5)

Relevant training experience will be a plus

Knowledge of Workforce Management (Time) / HCM

Mastery of different teaching methods (face-to-face, virtual classes, e-learning, etc.)

Mastery of different design techniques

An advanced level of English (C1)

Fluency in a second foreign language will be an asset (French, German, Italian, Spanish,...)

Knowledge of tools (LMS, Workforce Management, Workforce software...) is a plus
