Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Learning and Development Coordinator supports the design, implementation, and delivery of training programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of all employees. This role plays a key part in maintaining training records, coordinating logistics, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and orientation programs. Assist in the preparation of training materials, presentations, and handouts. Maintain accurate training records, attendance sheets, and evaluation forms. Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes. Communicate training schedules and updates to departments and employees. Track completion of mandatory trainings and certifications. Collect and summarize feedback from training sessions to support continuous improvement. Help identify training needs in collaboration with department heads. Coordinate external trainers and vendors when needed. Support employee engagement and development initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
