Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Report progress against the department business plans( yearly agenda and KPIs ) , opportunities, challenges and issues faced, mitigations taken and course correction actions, etc.
Ad Hoc projects: support any initiative of project / works indicated by the assigned supervisor / leader through conducting due diligence, business intelligence and gathering the information to prepare the required reports, updates and submit the recommendations to support the implementation.
Corporate communications: Coordinate and lead the events related to Training department (messages, speeches, stakeholder lists, etc.).
Corporate Events: Coordinate the agenda of corporate events where (Assigned Area) participate (nationally and internationally).

We are seeking an experienced L&D officer to join our dynamic team for MARSA LNG Bunkering project, which is a part of the TotalEnergies transition energetic strategy. In this crucial role, you will support all aspects of L&D activities to ensure the plant's optimal performance, safety, and reliability. The L&D officer will deliver and monitor all inter-departmental activities at; trough Organizing, and maintain Office Services, ad hoc projects, corporate communications, call off records, Handle the daily functions for the office to deliver cost-effective results, and assist in planning and organizing, daily schedule which includes the approval of daily agenda and Maintain Stakeholder relations
