Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning and development programs tailored to organizational needs.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted training solutions.
- Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual training sessions for employees across various departments.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to ensure alignment of training initiatives with business objectives.
- Maintain and update training materials, manuals, and documentation to reflect current best practices.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging learning technologies to enhance program delivery.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and resource allocation.
- Support the onboarding process by developing orientation programs for new hires.
- Track and report on training participation, completion rates, and outcomes to management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in learning and development, corporate training, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and assess training effectiveness.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience working in a large-scale, multi-industry environment is a plus.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with industry best practices.
