Roles & Responsibilities

What You ll Do:

  • Deliver engaging onboarding and refresher training for cleaning & housekeeping staff
  • Train teams on cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety procedures
  • Develop training materials, SOPs, and practical sessions
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, health & safety, and infection control standards
  • Assess staff competency and identify skill gaps
  • Support site mobilizations and continuous improvement initiatives

What We re Looking For:

  • 3 5 years of experience in cleaning/housekeeping or facility management training
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, and equipment
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
  • Experience working with multicultural teams
  • Train-the-Trainer certification is a plus
